Tamara Pritchett

Tamara has over 15 years experience in the Mortgage Business and his been with Stonegate Mortgag since the company was founded. 

Tamara is very important to the loan closing process.  She assists our Mortgage Customers, Realtors, Builders and Closing Attorneys with finalizing most closings.  

Once a loan has been processed and approved to close, she will advise all parties involved with the set closing date/time and of any items that will be needed just before or at  the closing.  She will make sure that the actual Closing Costs, the interest rate(s) and loan program are correct, based on you and your loan officer's conversations.

 Tamara strives to make sure that all involved in this part of the loan transaction have a pleasing experience and plays a very important role in assisting all of us!
