Latasha Moses

Latasha has been in the mortgage business for 6 years.  She has received numerous awards for her customer service with loan customers and is another one of the friendly staff employees that you will be dealing either in person or on the phone during your loan process. 

Latasha's main function is to review most of our customer's loan paper work that has been given to your loan officer and to follow up with any additional items needed or requested. She reviews all of the disclosures to make sure they are correct and follows up with our custmers for any additional items that might be needed prior to your loan being sent to one of our Lender's underwriters for final approval.  Latasha keeps open communication with all involved during the loan processing procedure and loan approval and works hand in hand with Tamara.
