Ashlyn Ferguson is a proud native of Maysville, Georgia, with deep roots in the real estate and housing industries. Having grown up around the business and gained professional experience in real estate marketing and support, she brings a strong understanding of the importance of home, community, and personalized service to her role at Stonegate Mortgage.

Ashlyn is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, where she earned a degree in Advertising and a minor in Housing Management and Policy. She is a proud UGA alumna and avid Dawg fan who is always ready to cheer on the red and black.

As a proud member of the Stonegate Team for over a year, Ashlyn is passionate about helping clients navigate their path to homeownership. She enjoys supporting clients and her teammates throughout the mortgage process and strives to make each experience feel welcoming, organized, and personal.

Outside of work, Ashlyn loves spending time in her yard, decorating her home, and enjoying life with her husband, Andrew. Together, they enjoy traveling—especially to 30A and historic Southern cities. At home, she can often be found playing with her Golden Retriever, Fancy, or spending time with her cat, Handsome. For Ashlyn, home is more than a place—it is where memories are made, traditions are carried on, and life’s sweetest moments are shared.
